Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Gently mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil.
- Place the crab cakes in the basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Spray the tops of the crab cakes with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
Serving
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce such as tartar sauce or lemon aioli.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze separated with parchment paper. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
