  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Yogurt can be used as a substitute for a tangy flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Use fresh, organic chicken for best results.
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice Can be seasoned with salt or garlic powder.
  • Fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush them generously with the sauce.

  1. Serve the chicken over warm brown rice, drizzling extra sauce on top, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
