  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Choose the spiciness level based on preference.
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter To mix with buffalo sauce.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water to form a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating thoroughly, and then place on the baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  3. Remove cauliflower wings from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, try double coating the cauliflower by dipping it back in the batter and baking it again. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheat in the oven to maintain crunch.
