  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 medium apples, diced Choose a crisp variety like Honeycrisp or Gala

  • Graham crackers for serving
  • Apple slices for serving
  • Pretzels for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Leave the cream cheese on the counter for 30–60 minutes so it softens.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the diced apples gently.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce into the mixture and stir just until swirled.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, and pretzels for dipping.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The apples may soften over time. For a lighter version, consider using reduced-fat cream cheese. Warm caramel briefly in the microwave for easier swirling.
