Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Use nut-based flour for a gluten-free version.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced Ensure the butter is chilled for a flaky texture.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
For the filling
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Substitute with dairy-free chocolate for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Frozen raspberries can be used if thawed and drained.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg yolk and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Press the dough evenly into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Filling
  1. While the crust is baking, melt the chocolate chips over low heat until smooth and glossy.
  2. Once melted, gently fold in the fresh raspberries, ensuring they remain intact.
  3. Pour the rich chocolate raspberry mixture into the cooled crust.
  4. Place the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set before serving.

Notes

Dust with powdered sugar before serving and consider pairing with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
