Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and paprika until melted and smooth.
- Mix the cooked macaroni into the creamy cheese sauce until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with a fresh garden salad, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or garlic bread. Consider adding hot sauce for an extra kick! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
