  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs For topping

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, salt, pepper, and paprika until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix the cooked macaroni into the creamy cheese sauce until well-coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
