Preparation
  1. Begin by preheating your oil for frying in a deep pan.
  2. Slice the onions into rings and gently separate them.
  3. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  5. Dip each onion ring into the egg mixture, ensuring it is coated well before transferring it to the flour mixture for a nice coating.
Cooking
  1. Carefully fry the coated onion rings in the hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once done, remove them and drain on paper towels.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using a small amount of olive oil for frying. To retain the crunch when reheating, warm in an oven rather than a microwave. You can also serve with dips like ranch or barbecue.
