Ingredients
  

For the sliders
  • 12 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions You can use pre-packaged caramelized onions.
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup Au jus for dipping Beef broth can be used as a substitute.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer with roast beef, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese.
  4. Top with the upper halves of the buns and brush with melted butter, if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  2. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to avoid sogginess.
