  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Ensure it’s xylitol-free.
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Optional for creaminess.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, add the pumpkin, banana, peanut butter, and yogurt if you’re using it. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a little water to assist in blending.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or creative silicone molds of your choice.
  4. Place the trays in the freezer and let them freeze for several hours until solid.
  5. Once frozen, they’re ready to be served as a refreshing treat.

Notes
