  • 6 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Can be substituted with margarine
  • 1/4 cup Funfetti cake mix
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until they’re melted and smooth.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and mix in the Funfetti cake mix until well combined.
  4. Pour this melted marshmallow mixture over the popped popcorn in a large bowl, stirring until the popcorn is evenly coated.
  5. Add the colorful sprinkles and a pinch of salt, mixing gently to preserve the sprinkles’ integrity.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow it to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.

Notes
