Cooking

  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side depending on thickness.
  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and potatoes, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.
