Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (10–16 oz total, depending on brand)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated if possible for best flavor)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic paste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Open the biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Dip each biscuit quarter into the butter-Parmesan mixture, tossing to coat.
  5. Layer the coated pieces in the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Pour any remaining butter-Parmesan mixture over the arranged pieces.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5–8 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Use roasted garlic for a milder flavor. Fresh herbs can enhance the dish. Leftover monkey bread can be stored in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
