Preparation
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
  2. While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground beef, seasoning it generously with salt, pepper, and spices.
Cooking
  1. Cook the beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. In serving bowls, create a base with the cooked rice.
  3. Add a generous portion of the cooked ground beef on top.
  4. Top with fresh veggies like chopped cucumber, diced tomatoes, and sliced bell pepper.
  5. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over everything just before serving.
