  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center to form boats.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in Italian herbs, salt, and pepper for seasoning.
  4. Pour in the marinara sauce, mixing everything until well combined.

  1. Fill the zucchini halves with the beef mixture, making sure to load them up well.
  2. Top each boat with shredded cheese before placing them on a baking sheet.
