Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the wet ingredients (mashed bananas, eggs, and cottage cheese) in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients (oats, flour, and cocoa powder).
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until well blended.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  3. Let cool, slice, and serve as a nutritious snack or meal.

Notes

Feel free to swap ingredients based on dietary restrictions. For storage, store in airtight containers for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage. Reheat meals to at least 165°F (74°C).
