  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Optional for additional flavor.
  • 1 large egg

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and peanut butter until well blended.
  3. Add the egg and mix thoroughly to ensure everything is combined.
  4. Gradually fold in the whole wheat flour and oats, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. If you’d like, add cinnamon to enhance the flavor.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick and cut it into shapes with your favorite cookie cutters.
  7. Position the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are firm and golden.
  9. Let them cool completely before serving.
