  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture, stirring to ensure it’s well-coated.
  5. Gradually incorporate the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer, allowing it to cook until slightly thickened.
  7. Lower the heat, then gently stir in the sour cream until warmed through.
  8. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the stroganoff over cooked egg noodles or whole grain pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.
