Preparation
- Preheat the dehydrator according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, oatmeal, and peanut butter until well combined.
- If the mixture is too thick, gradually add water until it's spreadable.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper.
Dehydration
- Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 8-10 hours or until fully dry and leathery.
- Once cool, cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Store the cooled pumpkin leather treats in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. They should stay fresh for a couple of weeks. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
