  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste) Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey Can be increased to balance spice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil For drizzling at the end
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For cooking the chicken
  • Green onions, sliced For garnish
  • Sesame seeds For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, set them aside.
Making Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create a rich and sticky sauce.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the sliced chicken. Cook until it’s browned and thoroughly done.
  2. Pour the sauce over the chicken, stirring to ensure each piece is coated evenly.
Combining Everything
  1. Toss the cooked noodles into the pan, mixing them in with the chicken and sauce until well combined.
  2. Drizzle the dish with sesame oil and give it a final stir to integrate the flavors.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For additional flavor, serve with pickled vegetables or a refreshing cucumber salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop.
