Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Making the Filling
- For the filling, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Once the cookies are cool, spread the filling on the flat side of one cookie and top with another to form a pie.
