  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Almond or cashew butter can be substituted
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Maple syrup can be used as a substitute for honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional mix-ins
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional for extra sweetness
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or granola Add for additional crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts/granola if desired.
  3. Scoop the mixture into small bite-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for about 1-2 hours or until solid.
  5. Transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to a month.
