Sauce and Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Garlic sauce Can be substituted with pesto or a spicy sauce.
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, sliced Consider using bread and butter pickles for a sweeter taste.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Experiment with different cheeses like gouda or cheddar.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions for the pizza dough.
  2. Roll out the thin crust pizza dough until it’s about a quarter-inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Use a spatula to spread an even layer of garlic sauce on the pizza base.
  4. Lay the sliced dill pickles evenly across the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle generous amounts of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pickles, followed by a dusting of grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza in the oven and bake according to the dough instructions, typically around 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

Leftover pickle pizza can be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 3-4 days for the best taste. Reheat slices in the oven for a crispy crust.
