Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions for the pizza dough.
- Roll out the thin crust pizza dough until it’s about a quarter-inch thick on a floured surface.
- Use a spatula to spread an even layer of garlic sauce on the pizza base.
- Lay the sliced dill pickles evenly across the sauce.
- Sprinkle generous amounts of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pickles, followed by a dusting of grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake according to the dough instructions, typically around 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Leftover pickle pizza can be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 3-4 days for the best taste. Reheat slices in the oven for a crispy crust.
