  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Crust
  • 1 unbaked pie crust Can substitute with puff pastry or biscuit topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned, then drain the excess fat.
  3. Stir in mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper to combine.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the pie crust, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder until smooth. Pour this mixture over the beef and cheese in the crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
