  • 1 package pizza dough Choose fresh and high-quality dough.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded For optimal melting.
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped Feel free to substitute with sausage or vegetables.
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce For serving on the side.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adds flavor to the filling.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing the tops before baking.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • Flour for dusting To prevent sticking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center of each dough square.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough square over the filling to create a sealed ball.
  6. Arrange the pizza bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Allow pizza bombs to cool before storing them in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
