Pizza Base
  • 1 piece Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing dough
Toppings
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese Torn into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For drizzling
  • 1 cup Arugula Fresh, for topping
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Baking
  1. Bake the dough for about 10-15 minutes until it's golden brown.
  2. Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with torn pieces of burrata cheese.
  3. Add slices of prosciutto and drizzle honey over the top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Finish with a handful of arugula before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, sprinkle chili flakes on top. Using a pizza stone can enhance crust crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days and reheat in the oven.
