  • 5 ¼ cups rolled oats Ground into oat flour
  • 1 ¾ cups canned pumpkin 1 can / 15oz / 425g
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, grind the rolled oats to fine oat flour.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, canned pumpkin, and peanut butter. Stir until the mixture is uniform.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ½-inch thick and use a cookie cutter to create shapes.
  4. Place the shaped treats on a baking sheet and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the treats for 25-30 minutes until they are firm and lightly browned.
  3. Allow the treats to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.

Notes

These treats can be served as a snack or training reward. Store them at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
