Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, peanut butter, eggs, and brown rice flour until a cohesive dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Use a cookie cutter to create desired shapes for the biscuits.
- Transfer the biscuits to a baking sheet and poke holes in each biscuit's center.
Baking
- Bake for 1 hour or until the biscuits are dry and hard.
- Let the biscuits cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
