  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil For a nutty flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste To season the dish.
Vegetables and Garnish
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) Use whatever vegetables you have on hand.

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing the Vegetables
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for 3–5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
