- Spoon the ricotta into a medium mixing bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of hot honey, starting with 1 tablespoon if you prefer less heat and sweetness.
- Stir vigorously until the ricotta and honey form a smooth, creamy mixture. For an extra-smooth texture, beat with a fork or small whisk for 30–45 seconds.
- Fold in the finely chopped herbs, then taste and season with salt and pepper. Adjust with more honey or a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle extra hot honey on top, and scatter a few herb leaves for garnish. Serve with crusty bread and crisp vegetables.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best served fresh, but can be made ahead of time and brought to room temperature before serving.
